Job summary

LePub is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the health and quality of client projects, focusing on margin, delivery efficiency, and creative excellence. You will coordinate with Creative, Account Services, Finance, Strategy, Data and Culture, Media, and Technology across multi-channel engagements (video, TVC, social, digital, experiential, print, etc.).

The role requires building strong client and partner relationships, refining processes, and proactively mitigating risk while ensuring

Qualifications

Experience structuring and leading multi-channel marketing/advertising projects.
Strong track record coordinating diverse stakeholders from Creative, Account Services, Finance, Strategy, Data and Culture, Media, and Technology.

Responsibilities

Represent the discipline with internal and client stakeholders and maintain relationships with agency, client, and partners.
Drive processes, workflows and tools to ensure profitable delivery of client work.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and engagements with budgets between $1–5MM annually.
Collaborate with Client Service and Finance to manage scopes, contracts, estimates, staffing and margins.
Oversee creative development from concept through delivery; coordinate with Production, Technology, and Resource Managers to enable innovation.
