Job summary

Yellow Tree, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate development, construction and property management firm, seeks a Multi-Site Manager to oversee two Class-A buildings. You will align leasing, operations, and maintenance with corporate goals and drive performance across sites.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage budgets, staff, and vendor relationships, ensuring high resident satisfaction and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience with Class A / Luxury and New Construction preferred.
• Leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of two Class-A buildings in Minneapolis.
• Manage property finances, budgets, forecasts, and NOI metrics.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewals with leasing team.
• Lead site team, mentor staff, ensure safety and quality.
• Communicate with ownership and corporate leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements.
