Responsibilities

• Oversees the operational components of a standalone large office location, mentors staff, and manages budgets for all sites under their direction
• Monitors and improves patient flow, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and quality care
• Manages patient records, billing, coding trends, and vendor orders in collaboration with department leadership
• Drives compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, accreditation, and quality standards across sites
• Leads recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff and front office supervisors
• Acts as patient relations advocate and ensures a positive work environment and service quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
