Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions represents a well-established durable goods manufacturer in Northwest Wisconsin seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to provide senior leadership across three facilities and 150-170 production employees.

Reporting to the President, this role leads Production Managers, oversees safety, quality, productivity, staffing, labor efficiency, and cost control across day, night, and weekend operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading senior operations across multiple sites in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, floor presence, and ability to drive engagement.
• Experience with Lean, ERP/MRP, and leader development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; UW-Stout alumni noted as attractive.

Multi-Site Operations Manager - Northwest Wisconsin

Our client is an established, growing 200 person durable goods manufacturer seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to provide senior leadership across three manufacturing facilities and approximately 150-170 production employees. Reporting directly to the President, this person will lead Production Managers and oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing, labor efficiency, cost control and leadership development across day, night and weekend operations.

This is a healthy business with strong customer relationships, reliable operating data and a team ready for fresh leadership. The right person will spend time learning the organization before driving thoughtful improvement. Leadership ability matters more than exact product experience.

Candidates should be visible on the floor, analytical, patient, decisive and capable of building engagement and accountability without becoming either authoritarian or a "wet noodle".

Experience in multi-site manufacturing, metal fabrication, building products, HVAC equipment, engineered-to-order products, industrial components or comparable durable-goods manufacturing would transfer well. Lean, ERP/MRP and manager-development experience are important. A degree is preferred but not required; UW-Stout alumni are especially attractive.
