Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Northwest Wisconsin seeks a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to lead three facilities and ~150–170 production staff. You will direct Production Managers, oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing and labor efficiency, and drive cost control with a focus on sustained performance.

The ideal candidate has lean manufacturing experience, ERP/MRP familiarity, and a track record of building leadership while maintaining a positive, accountable floor presence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multiple manufacturing sites.
• Strong data-driven approach to safety, quality and productivity.
• Ability to develop leadership and accountability without authoritarian style.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across three facilities.
• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing and labor efficiency.
• Drive cost control and leadership development across day, night and weekend operations.
• Collaborate with President and plant managers to align on goals.
