Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Lancaster, CA is seeking a General Manager 5 - Food to oversee large-scale food service operations across multiple sites. You will lead teams, drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, and build strong client partnerships to ensure service excellence.

You will shape strategic initiatives, manage people, and influence across the organization to achieve growth and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 4–5 years related experience in food service or operations.

• Oversee large-scale food service operations across one or more sites.
• Lead and develop diverse teams to achieve service excellence.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
