Job summary

The Lead Multi-Modality Technologist at 61st Street Service Corporation leads and coordinates operational and administrative functions across multiple imaging modalities (CT, MRI, PET/Nuclear Medicine), ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will supervise technologists, oversee QA, participate in accreditation and training, and collaborate with radiologists and management to improve workflow. Salary ranges and a sign-on bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, with 2+ years in senior/lead technologist role.
• NYS license and ARRT certification; multiple modality registries.
• New York BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with EHS, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and interact with staff.
• Perform CT, MRI, and/or PET/Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Review orders for appropriateness with radiologist.
• Maintain equipment, QA, and documentation.
• Lead technologists and manage staffing.
• Coordinate coverage across sites.
• Prepare accreditation materials.
