Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Multi-Discipline Collection Manager to help monitor, manage, develop, and refine collection requirements and operations. You will support CCMD tasking, synchronization, and strategy development, providing time-critical recommendations under pressure.

You will mentor colleagues, apply expertise across SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and tech trends, and collaborate to deliver actionable intelligence for warfighters and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• 4+ years in intelligence collection management.
• Experience with collection requirements management databases and tools.
• Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection requirements and operations for CCMD staff.
• Develop reports and assessments for actionable intelligence.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior analysts.
• Coordinate with IC partners and manage time-critical tasks.
• Grow expertise in intelligence collection and requirements management.
