Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Collection Manager to help develop collection strategies and postures that close intelligence gaps and improve decision advantage.

You will align sensors and reporting with mission objectives, evaluate collection performance, and coordinate with GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and cyber stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISR operations or intelligence planning.
• Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gaps.
• Experience coordinating with multi-INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines.
• Experience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignment.
• Ability to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements.
• Ability to integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflows.
• TS/SCI clearance must be active.
• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management.
