Job summary

Holmes Lumber is seeking a Commercial Multi-Family Framing Install Manager to oversee development, coordination, and execution of large-scale multi-family framing installation projects. The role requires strong communication between the office, field leadership, and installation crews to ensure timely production.

The position partners with Market leadership to set strategic direction for the framing program and requires travel to various job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction/project management.
• Solid understanding of Job Site Management processes and construction assembly.
• Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices.
• Solid comprehension of all working aspects of contracts; including changes to build out processes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the policies and procedures of the region’s commercial or multi-family projects.
• Facilitates weekly conference calls with the field, records production meeting minutes and conducts job site visits when necessary.
• Recommends and troubleshoots needed resolutions to avoid job site issues in field.
• Ensures all stores and installers are aware of project policies, procedures and safety guidelines to meet quality and service standards.
• Provides guidance to stores so that the company can properly execute projects.
