Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for multi-family projects in Pittsburgh.

You will lead field activities, manage schedules, and enforce safety protocols to ensure high-quality work completed on time. The role requires 8–10 years of construction experience, OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it, and a strong ability to read blueprints, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with the project team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 8–10 years of construction experience required.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day field activities.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules from design to close-out; develop timelines and critical path.
• Schedule weekly subcontractor meetings and report progress to the team.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors and address non-compliance with contracts and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; maintain site cleanliness.
