Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Superintendent with Multifamily or Commercial experience for a 3-year, ground-up multifamily project just outside Pittsburgh. You will oversee construction operations on a $50-$70M project, schedule crews, enforce safety, and coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in construction and 4+ years as a superintendent, with a proven track record on at least $10M projects, delivering on time and under budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ yrs in the construction industry.
• Ideally 4+ years working as a superintendent.
• Experience with multifamily projects is highly desired.
• Must at least have experience in general commercial projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects of at least $10M on time and under budget.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage company self perform crews, subcontractors, consultants etc.
• Maintain a rolling 3-week look ahead schedule
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
• Track ASIs, RFIs and material submittals
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day field issues
• Identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule
• Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress, performance
• Lead daily work huddles and weekly sub meetings
• Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors

We are a family owned developer/builder in business for more than 35 years and operating in 6 states along the east coast. We are looking for a superintendent to join our team for a 3yr multifamily project just outside of Pittsburgh.

What You Will Be Doing

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing general construction operations of a $50-$70M ground up multifamily project
