Job summary

WLG seeks a seasoned professional to support capability products development within a multinational defence context. The role interacts with the programme director, project coordinators, and a network of agencies and nations to integrate multi-domain effects.

Applicants bring a master/ MIL qualification in engineering or related fields, plus extensive experience briefing senior leaders, managing complex programmes, and operating within multinational defence organisations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent military college qualification required.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic ones.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for multi-domain and joint effects.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Coordinating across lines of development and proposing courses of action when there are conflicts.
