Job summary

Defence Organisation is seeking a professional to support the development of electromagnetic capability products and coordinate across international partners. The role involves gathering and tracing requirements, developing doctrine, and organizing workshops to advance the programme across multiple nations.

The candidate should have a master’s-level qualification, strong English, and at least five years in EM operations with two years in programme management within complex, multinational defence

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, information systems, computer science or project management.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and decision-makers in the last 10 years.
• Five years of operational knowledge of electromagnetic operations or warfare at tactical or joint level.
• Two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• Two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Support development of capability products under alliance governance.
• Assist programme director and project coordinators including work with agencies and nations.
• Capture and trace requirements at every level.
• Develop and review doctrinal corpus — policies, doctrine, directives, concepts of operation.
• Coordinate across all lines of development and propose courses of action where they conflict.
• Organise workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and support capability validation.
• Identify lessons and best practice and get them learned.
