Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Multi-Discipline (U&I) to lead large-scale infrastructure construction projects from planning through closeout. You will direct cross-discipline teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal departments to drive successful project delivery.

The role requires 15–20 years of infrastructure project experience, a construction or engineering degree, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years’ experience managing infrastructure related construction projects (Minimum 5 years of large project >$500MM Project Management Experience)
• Engineering background preferred
• Up to 75% travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the execution of assigned large scale multi-discipline construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support multiple work disciplines
• Review and approve subcontractor selections and invoicing
• Manage project staff and ensure project costs align with budgets
• Lead project coordination meetings and ensure on-time project completion
