Job summary
LeoForce in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lead Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical and PLC issues, and install new systems. The role demands hands-on experience with PLCs, 480V power, VFDs, servos, and drive systems.
You will repair components, maintain hydraulic/pneumatic and automation equipment, and participate in installation and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with PLC programming or editing PLC code.
- Familiar with 480V systems, VFDs, servos, and drive systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Conduct electrical and equipment troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues
- Repair and replace faulty components and parts
- Maintain and repair electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
