Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps leader to oversee a global team of Cloud Engineers. You will drive observability, reliability, and scalable cloud solutions across multi-cloud environments.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC reviews (Terraform), and close collaboration with stakeholders to optimize cost and performance while maintaining strong security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years administering cloud and virtualization technologies.
• 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cloud Engineers for global cloud platform and infrastructure.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and alerting of cloud platforms and services.
• Implement IaaS and SaaS solutions across multiple cloud providers.
• Automate deployments and follow best practices to ensure repeatability.
• Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of existing systems.
• Support DevOps practices across cloud technology landscape.
• Apply a Site Reliability Engineering mindset to incident response and resilience.
• Influence architecture across multi and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Peer-review infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).
• Maintain excellent customer service, communication, and documentation.
