Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, and related tooling.
• Deep understanding of machining methods and materials.
• Strong blueprint and technical document interpretation.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to deliver high-quality parts.
• Maintain tight tolerances on critical features.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
