This role sits at the center of the investment organization, synthesizing information across portfolio managers, risk teams, research analysts, market developments, and macroeconomic trends into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investment management, hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, or related financial markets roles.
• Strong understanding of multi-strategy investing across equities, credit, macro, and quantitative approaches.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CIO to support investment decision-making and portfolio reviews.
• Aggregate and synthesize information from PMs, risk, analytics, and market sources into concise insights.
• Evaluate portfolio positioning, capital allocation, and risk-adjusted opportunities.
• Conduct research on market developments, macro trends, industries, and opportunities.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and senior leadership discussions.
• Coordinate across teams to support informed decision-making and execution.
