Waycrosse, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Investment Analyst to work with the CIO and Directors. You will evaluate investment strategies and managers, monitor portfolios with firm systems, and perform broad market research to support ideas and reporting.

This generalist role supports multi-asset decisions across equities, hedge funds, private equity and real assets. Strong organization, communication, and Excel/Bloomberg skills are essential, with MBA or CFA preferred and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment management experience across multiple asset classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA and/or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance, strategies and exposures of external investment managers with independent research and commentary.
• Monitor portfolio using investment systems, generate portfolio analyses and reports.
• Prepare investment proposals and participate in Investment Advisory Committee discussions.
