Job summary

Releady, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer to own integrations across finance, HR, legal, and GTM. You will design, build, deploy, and support integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and manage the CI/CD lifecycle.

The role focuses on Oracle-to-Workday migration, building synchronized data flows, and ensuring reliable production operations in a hybrid onsite model across the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of integration or software engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience (Mule 4, DataWeave, RAML/OAS).
• Experience administering MuleSoft platform: Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, API policy management.
• Workday integration experience with Workday Web Services, RaaS, EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, or MuleSoft Workday connector.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for integration apps (Maven, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, MUnit).
• Strong SQL and data transformation and mapping skills.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather integration requirements from finance, HR, legal, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical designs.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end integrations on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build and maintain Workday integrations using Workday services or MuleSoft connector.
• Write SQL and data mappings for accurate data movement between systems.
• Administer and optimize Anypoint Platform components (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange).
• Develop reusable templates, connectors, and publish API docs and best practices.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and production support for integrations.
