Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer for a 100% remote U.S. role. This full-time, direct W2 position offers a competitive salary and opportunities to lead enterprise MuleSoft integration initiatives.

You will design, build, and operate MuleSoft-based integrations, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of integration experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave and Mule runtime.
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OAS API design.
• Hands-on experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric or Hybrid deployment.
• Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and Anypoint API Manager.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD for MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with event-driven integration using Anypoint MQ or Kafka.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration flows in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio.
• Apply API-led connectivity to deliver reusable integration assets.
• Design and publish APIs using API Designer and Anypoint Exchange.
• Configure and manage runtimes (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid).
• Implement API security using OAuth2, mTLS, JWT and Anypoint API Manager policies.
• Build event-driven integrations using Anypoint MQ, Salesforce Platform Events or Kafka.
• Optimize integration performance and manage data flow.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications.
• Migrate legacy integrations to MuleSoft.
• Implement monitoring and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with security/EA/Dev teams.
