Job summary

Accenture's North America MuleSoft practice is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Senior Developer to translate business requirements into scalable, secure APIs and integrations. You will guide development teams, review technical work, and mentor junior developers across the full software lifecycle.

You will work directly with clients, leveraging Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and related tools to deliver API-led connectivity solutions, and you will contribute to design discussions, code reviews,

Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with OAuth, JWT, TLS, API security, test automation, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and performance or reliability troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on MuleSoft development with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave, REST and SOAP services.
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing API-led connectivity with Anypoint API Manager, Runtime Manager, MUnits, Design Center, Exchange, and Anypoint Monitoring.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, Agile delivery, and clear written/verbal communication.
• Minimum of 2 years deploying integrations on MuleSoft CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with AI/GenAI tools for productivity and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations following enterprise standards.
• Implement System, Process, and Experience APIs using Anypoint Platform and related tools.
• Create technical specs, support architecture/design reviews, and contribute to solution discussions.
• Serve as senior technical contributor: conduct code and peer reviews, mentor juniors, ensure quality and governance.
• Develop automated unit/integration tests and enforce coding, security, and documentation standards.
• Support CI/CD, releases, environment promotion, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, analysts, architects, and global delivery teams.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development and validate generated outputs.
