Job summary

Accenture North America MuleSoft practice seeks an experienced MuleSoft Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable integration solutions. You will lead solution design, mentor delivery teams, and ensure governance across API-led connectivity initiatives.

You will guide architecture reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage GenAI tools for architecture documentation while maintaining security and reliability standards across client projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years translating business requirements into architectures and leading design reviews.
• 7+ years client-facing advisory and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years integration architecture with connectivity patterns (JDBC, SOAP, REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JMS, File-Based).
• 4+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience as developer or architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years MuleSoft architecture, API design, connectors, patterns and build components.
• 3+ years Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Analytics, Design Center, Exchange).
• 6+ months experience with AI/GenAI tools for productivity and architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead MuleSoft solution design and define integration architectures aligned with outcomes, standards, security, and ops needs.
• Translate requirements into designs using API-led connectivity and API/Process/Experience patterns.
• Recommend scalable MuleSoft patterns, reusable assets, environment strategies, and delivery best practices.
• Advise stakeholders, analysts, architects, and teams across requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support.
• Guide implementation teams, review architecture/deliverables, and mentor developers.
• Support solutioning, scoping, estimates, resource planning, deployments, and operations readiness.
• Use AIGenAI tools for architecture docs, solution analysis, and prompting with quality checks.
