Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable integration solutions. You will lead design reviews, define architectures, and mentor delivery teams across major client initiatives in the US.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, leverage API-led patterns, and ensure security, governance, and reuse. This role requires strong communication and hands-on MuleSoft expertise in a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years translating business requirements into architectures and leading design reviews.
• 7+ years of strong client-facing advisory and communication skills.
• 5+ years with integration architecture and connectivity across systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience as developer or architect.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years with MuleSoft architecture, API design, connectors, and build components.
• 3+ years with Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Analytics, Design Center, Exchange).
• 6+ months experience with AI/GenAI for productivity and architecture tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead MuleSoft solution design and define integration architectures aligned to business outcomes.
• Translate requirements into designs using API-led connectivity and API/Process/Experience patterns.
• Recommend scalable MuleSoft patterns, reusable assets, and environment strategies.
• Advise stakeholders and teams through requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and support.
• Guide delivery teams, review architecture, and mentor junior MuleSoft professionals.
• Support solutioning, scoping, estimation, and deployments, plus operational readiness.
• Utilize AI/GenAI tools for architecture documentation and artifact quality.
