Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of MuleSoft development experience.
• Experience with API design and API management.
• Familiarity with on-call and on-shift support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and troubleshoot API and BOT failures; triage user requests.
• Develop API artifacts including RAML, API flows, and policies.
• Develop RPA artifacts (BOTs) and manage docs.
• Manage DevOps cycles/releases and participate in SCRUM sessions.
• QA APIs and BOTs with unit and end-to-end tests.
• Rotational on-call shifts.
