Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced API Integration Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design, build, and operate enterprise integrations on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, owning the integration lifecycle from API design to deployment and observability.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of integration experience with MuleSoft, strong hands-on skills in AnypointStudio, DataWeave, and Mule runtime, and a proven ability to deliver secure, reusable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of integration experience with strong focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Hands-on experience with AnypointStudio, DataWeave, and Mule runtime.
• Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OAS API design.
• Hands-on experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment.
• Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, JWT) and Anypoint API Manager.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD for MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with event-driven integration using AnypointMQ or Kafka.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience integrating with major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MuleSoft integration flows and reusable connectors.
• Apply API-led connectivity to deliver composable assets.
• Publish well-documented APIs using API Designer and AnypointExchange.
• Configure and manage runtimes (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid).
• Implement API security using OAuth2, mTLS, JWT and Anypoint API Manager policies.
• Build event-driven integrations using AnypointMQ or Kafka.
• Optimize performance with pooling, caching, and parallel processing.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft apps with Maven, AnypointCLI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Migrate legacy integrations to MuleSoft and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to integration patterns and standards.
