Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific evidence, education, and field excellence across global markets. You will mentor field medical colleagues, support cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen clinical presence worldwide.

The ideal candidate is located in the United States (states listed in the posting), has 2–3 years of hands-on clinical experience in wound care or related specialties, and a track record in evidence-generation.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in science or related healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in wound care, surgery, plastics, reconstructive surgery, or related fields; 5+ years preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical research or evidence-generation activities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evidence initiatives, including registries, case series, publications, conference presentations, and research activities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research, ensuring projects stay on time and in scope.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155 and applicable regulations in markets where AROA products are sold.
• Collaborate with leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to build evidence that supports adoption and patient outcomes.
