Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to expand awareness of our regenerative technologies globally. You will serve as a scientific expert across evidence generation, education, KOL engagement, and field medical excellence, mentoring field teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Ideal candidates are located in the United States with ability to travel extensively; 2–3 years in wound care or related specialties, and 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related healthcare discipline; MD/PhD preferred.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in wound care, surgery or related areas; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience as Medical Science Liaison and in clinical research or evidence-generation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and possess valid driver's license and US passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evidence initiatives including registries, case series, publications and conference presentations.
• Partner with Clinical Development to support study design and investigator-initiated research.
• Ensure ISO 14155 compliance and regulatory standards across markets.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to build evidence for adoption and outcomes.
• Translate complex data into compelling educational content and training for teams and clinicians.
