Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to cover a multi-state territory including NYC and New England. You will engage KOLs and HCPs with balanced, evidence-based medical information to support patient care.

Develop scientific engagement plans, stay current on immunology research, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D and commercial teams to inform strategy and asset planning.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent; postgraduate experience preferred.
• 2+ years as an MSL with scientific engagement experience.
• Strong data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Identify and cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
• Utilize insights and tools to plan customer engagements in territory.
