Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Medical Science Liaison for Obesity and Related Conditions in San Diego, CA. You will serve as a primary scientific resource to Opinion Leaders and decision makers, translating clinical data into practice and guiding medical strategy within the territory.

You will build strong collaborations across internal teams, lead scientific exchanges, support sponsored research, and ensure compliant communication, while advancing patient care in cardiometabolic diseases.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with MA experience (4+ years).
• Master’s with MA experience (8+ years).
• Bachelor’s with MA experience (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other providers.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support obesity and related conditions pipeline.
• Communicate scientific data of clinical value across IDNs and institutions.
• Lead and participate in projects supporting MSL strategies and tactics.
