Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison, Neuroscience (Mood) based in the New York City/New Jersey territory. The MSL will develop and implement scientific engagement plans, exchange with KOLs/HCPs, and build strong territory relationships to advance medical impact.

The role requires a Doctorate level degree and 2+ years of MSL experience, with travel up to 70%. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of relevant MSL experience.
Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
Identify and cultivate relationships with HCPs/KOLs in the territory.
Utilize insights to develop strategic approaches for customer engagements.
Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making and efficiency.
Address provider educational needs with tailored, data-driven responses.
