Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Senior Medical Science Liaison - Hematology. The assigned territory encompasses New Jersey, with extensive travel required to engage KOLs and healthcare professionals.

You will lead scientific engagements, deliver data-driven education, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance medical strategy. The role requires a Doctorate level degree and 2+ years as an MSL, strong scientific acumen, and the ability to use AI tools to

Competenze

• Doctorate level degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent).
• At least 2+ years as an MSL with proven success.
• Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and hold a US driver's license.

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
