Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Hematology Medical Science Liaison. The MSL will cover the Boston, MA territory and act as a field-based scientific expert, delivering fair, non-promotional information to healthcare professionals and building strong KOL partnerships.

Requirements include a Doctorate degree and 2+ years of MSL experience; hematology/oncology background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success as an MSL.
• Scientific Acumen: Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise with skills in research, data analysis, clinical expertise, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must hold a valid US Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage in high quality scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs to understand perspectives and identify gaps.
• Identify and cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs in the territory.
• Provide scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue and presentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including R&D, US and Global Medical Affairs, clinical operations.
