Job summary

TMAC is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison, Cardiovascular (Central) to serve as a field-based extension supporting the company and its PCSK9 inhibitor. The role focuses on scientific discussion, data interpretation, and medical communications with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced clinical degree and has 2+ years of MSL experience, with Dyslipidemia knowledge and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific/clinical degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD/PA/NP).
• Minimum 2+ years as an MSL in pharma.
• Dyslipidemia experience preferred, PCSK9 familiarity advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of medicine, guidelines, and FDA promotional rules.
• Proven ability to build relationships with high‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent scientific communication in one‑to‑one and written formats.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scientific discussions with external stakeholders about disease state and evidence for the company portfolio.
• Support medical communications and publications by liaising with internal teams.
• Assess KOL alignment to inform territory and medical strategy.
• Stay current with literature and translate data into knowledge exchange.
