Job summary

TMAC is seeking a Medical Science Liaison specializing in Cardiovascular to support our Great Lakes portfolio. The role focuses on advancing scientific exchange with external stakeholders, supporting publications, and aligning KOL relationships with the medical strategy.

The MSL will operate field-based with substantial travel, collaborating across internal teams to ensure compliant, evidence-driven communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific, clinical, or healthcare-related degree preferred (MD, DNP, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, MSN, or equivalent). Other degrees may be considered based on relevant experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Medical Affairs, or a cardiovascular-focused clinical setting required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful scientific discussions with external stakeholders about disease state and evidence supporting the Company’s products.
• Support medical communications and publications by acting as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams.
• Assess KOL alignment to inform territory and medical strategy.
• Stay current with scientific literature and translate data into knowledge exchange.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.
