Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to cover the Arizona region in a field-based remote capacity. You will build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals, represent scientific data at major conferences, and support MSL strategies across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years MSL experience, with a background in cardiology/renal/metabolic areas, and willingness to travel约50–70%. A PharmD/MD/PhD or DO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. (other doctoral degrees considered).
• 5+ years of current MSL experience for Senior MSL; 3–5 years for Medical Science Liaison in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• Cardiology/Renal/Metabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with all phases of KOL development and HCP engagement with drug launches.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication to deliver scientific insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in the assigned region.
• Serve as field medical expert for conferences, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Lead or participate in projects that support MSL strategies and tactics.
• Educate providers with clinical and economic data; deliver clear scientific presentations.
• Partner with internal teams to align MSL activities with company goals.
• Support trial sites and investigator-initiated studies as needed.
• Assist CME activities and national/regional medical congress attendance.
• Capture field insights to inform strategy and cross-functional discussions.
