Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to support US Medical Affairs in Florida. The role focuses on building relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals, delivering scientific data, and acting as a field-based expert for cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic areas.

The MSL will lead scientific engagements, educate stakeholders, and collaborate with R&D, Commercial, and other teams. Extensive travel (50–70%) within the US is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current MSL experience.
• 3–5 years as MSL in biotech/pharma.
• Cardiology/Renal/Metabolic experience preferred.
• 5+ years clinical practice or research a plus.
• Experience with KOL development and HCP engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in the assigned region.
• Serve as primary contact for field medical and scientific inquiries.
• Present at conferences, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams supporting MSL strategies.
• Educate providers about clinical data and economic data.
