Qualifications

• 5+ years of current MSL experience.
• 3–5 years of current MSL or Medical Science Liaison experience in a biotech/pharma company.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for field medical and scientific inquiries.
• Serve as subject matter expert at key medical conferences, advisory boards, roundtables, investigator meetings, speaker trainings, and internal meetings.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams supporting MSL strategies and tactics.
• Identify and engage with healthcare stakeholders to educate on clinical, economic, and outcomes data.
• Deliver scientific presentations and training to diverse HCP audiences with clear communication of complex information.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Medical Affairs, Commercial) to align field insights with company strategies.
• Support clinical trial site activities and identify opportunities for investigator-initiated trials.
• Assist CME requests and unsolicited grants processes; support field medical congress activities and national/regional meetings.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate actionable field insights to inform strategy and patient management trends.
