Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support a development candidate in Acute Myeloid Leukemia. This field-based role advances scientific exchange between external experts and internal teams, building relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals to expand awareness of the candidate.

The MSL will travel, attend conferences, and develop in-depth AML knowledge while delivering balanced, non-promotional scientific dialogue and education to the medical community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an MSL in hematologic malignancies.
• Advanced degree in medical/scientific field required (PharmD, MD, or PhD).
• Experience with clinical trials and KOL engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with AML KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as field-based scientific resource, supporting awareness and understanding of the development candidate.
• Attend national/regional medical congresses and conferences, engaging with KOLs and professionals.
• Develop in-depth scientific knowledge of AML, treatment landscape, and relevant literature.
• Engage in balanced, non-promotional scientific dialogue and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Collect medical insights and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Support creation of scientific presentations, training materials, and medical communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support objective execution.
