Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support an AML development candidate. You will build and sustain scientific exchanges with AML KOLs and healthcare professionals, facilitating timely scientific knowledge transfer between external experts and internal teams.

You will attend congresses, stay updated on AML treatment landscapes, and engage in balanced scientific dialogue aligned with client objectives. This role requires strong clinical science background and 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MSL experience in hematology/oncology.
• Strong AML clinical and scientific knowledge required.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders in hematological malignancies.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain AML KOL relationships to expand candidate awareness.
• Serve as a field-based scientific resource for AML-related discussions.
• Attend national and regional congresses to engage KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Develop in-depth scientific knowledge of AML and evolving treatment landscape.
• Engage in non-promotional scientific dialogue and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Collect and communicate medical insights from the field to internal stakeholders.
• Support development of scientific materials and communications with accuracy and balance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute objectives.
