Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support awareness of an AML development candidate. You will build scientific collaborations with KOLs and healthcare professionals, serving as a field-based scientific resource for AML knowledge exchange.

You will attend congresses, stay current with AML literature, and communicate insights to internal teams while collaborating cross-functionally to advance medical education and publications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an MSL in hematologic malignancies or oncology.
• Strong AML clinical and scientific background.
• Advanced degree in a medical/scientific field (MD/PhD/PharmD) or equivalent clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with AML KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as field-based scientific resource supporting scientific exchange on AML.
• Attend national and regional congresses and meetings with KOLs.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of AML, treatment landscape, and literature.
• Engage in balanced, non-promotional scientific dialogue with collaborators.
• Collect and communicate clinical insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support development and delivery of scientific materials and education.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute objectives.
