Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Senior MSL to strategically support research and business objectives across a defined geography. You will be the primary scientific communicator to healthcare professionals and build long-standing relationships with thought leaders.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, and commercial teams to educate on AbbVie therapies, support investigator-initiated studies, and drive compliant medical education.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PharmD/MD/DO/PhD preferred).
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for a Senior MSL.
• Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience for an MSL.
• Must translate territory and corporate needs to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders and researchers.
• Present scientific information to healthcare professionals across the product lifecycle.
• Support research initiatives and investigator-initiated projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans and educate internal partners.
