Job summary

Inter in Miami, FL seeks a regulated professional to manage MSB licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple states. You will coordinate approvals, renewals, and regulatory filings while maintaining robust documentation and responding to inquiries from state regulators and federal authorities.

The role requires strong English proficiency, a deep understanding of U.S. MSB frameworks, and the ability to translate statutes into practical operational requirements for a growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 5 years of MSB licensing/regulatory experience in a U.S. financial institution or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with state MSB licensing and FinCEN MSB registration.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, or supervisory requests.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. MSB regulatory frameworks (federal/state).

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state MSB licensing and renewal obligations across a complex footprint.
• Ensure timely FinCEN MSB registrations, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate licensing for a large agent/delegate network under company licenses.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into internal requirements.
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, and information requests.
• Maintain exam-ready documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Balance expansion timelines with licensing and notification needs.
• Produce clear regulatory correspondence in English.
