• Expertise in bioconjugate manufacturing processes including upstream/downstream processing, conjugation chemistry, purification and filtration.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidance and cGMP requirements.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and process analytics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and scientific expertise to TS/MS bioprocess and lab scientists for monitoring, trending, and analyzing production data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory expectations and cGMP requirements.
• Represent the site technically across the manufacturing network and support technology transfers and regulatory submissions.
