Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Utah is seeking an experienced MRP Demand Planning professional (Level 3 or 4) to join Propulsion Systems near Clearfield and Magna. You will support all MRP, demand, and scheduling processes and report through the demand planning organization, filling either level 3 or level 4.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, 4–6+ years of data management or MRP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to map data, create reports, and collaborate across

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate quick technical reports.
• Experience implementing countermeasures and leading cross-functional actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex MRP and demand problems with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with partners to standardize workflows for cost/efficiency.
• Set and train standards for business processes across functions.
• Evaluate tools for data mapping, mining, transformation, and integration.
• Execute sales order lines to ensure proper demand/configuration.
• Serve as MRP SME and primary contact for multiple groups.
