Lockheed Martin Corporation in Archbald, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Senior to lead Make, Buy, and BOM planning within MRP-driven manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize production plans, control schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining inventory efficiency.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, SAP or ERP/MRP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (or equivalent) with 5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP system.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with strong Excel skills.
• Must be able to work outside of normal operating hours, as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Execute Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities to support production schedules and material flow.
• Collaborate with various manufacturing functions to optimize production plans and capacity requirements.
• Maintain MRP parameters and drive inventory optimization while coordinating with Engineering to update BOMs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control and execute production plans.
• Analyze and control production schedules and capacity requirements to meet customer demands.
• Expedite and prioritize workflow through the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Stakeholders to determine time-phased plans for procured parts.
