Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work outside of normal hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Make, Buy, and BOM planning to support production schedules and material flow.
• Collaborate with Operations Management, Supply Chain Stakeholders, and Engineering to optimize production plans and capacity requirements.
• Maintain MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes, and coordinate with Engineering to update BOMs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control and execute production plans.
• Analyze and control production schedules and capacity requirements to meet customer demands.
• Expedite and prioritize workflow through the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Stakeholders to determine time-phased plans for procured parts.
