Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an MRI Technologist for an on-site role based at Atlantic Station, Atlanta, GA. You will perform MRI procedures across all age groups, select protocols, and ensure image quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2 years MRI experience, ARRT MRI (MR) certification, BLS, and graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. You will train on-site staff and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 2 years of MRI Technologist experience required.
• Advanced ARRT MRI (MR) certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing MRI procedures on patients in every age group.
• Position patients, select the correct protocol, and utilize all required equipment.
• Maintains competency in all non-scanner related components and adheres to safety guidelines.
• Performs quality control procedures in accordance with the ACR guidelines.
• Documents scan details, protocol deviations, and technical issues.
• Trains on-site personnel during remote sessions to foster teamwork and growth.
