Job summary

The role may float across UCLA Health imaging locations with rotating schedules including weekends and holidays, and may take on lead responsibilities to support radiologists and the care team.

Qualifications

• MRI licensure: ARRT/CRT or MR credential combinations are required.
• 3 years MRI experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross is required.
• Graduate from Radiologic Technologist Program preferred.
• Venipuncture certificate preferred.
• AA or BS degree preferred.
• Siemens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
• Administer contrast media as needed.
• Operate advanced MRI and 3D post-processing equipment.
• Ensure accurate image processing and archival.
